Even though it has its small spikes on the bottom, when I push on the pedals when I'm on my carpet, my pedals get pushed forward. When I use it on a wood floor, the little rubber grip things don't do anything to stop it from slipping.
Any advice without buying a seat/rig thing?

I put additional, better rubber on all my G25's gripping surfaces. scraps from somewhere. Grab a shredded truck tire off the freeway. Dirt3 is hard on my wheel, so it needs good grip.

This. Just make sure your tetanus shots are up to date. I have the same problem with my G27.

I had the same problem. Grip tape worked well for me.

My advice? use an epoxy to adhere a rope/strap or something similar to the pedal housing and then just tie it around a leg from the chair you're sitting in. Can tie it at different lengths based on how high the chair is, etc.

Gaff tape. Comes off clean (unlike Duct Tape), and its cloth backing tears in a clean line (unlike Duct Tape), I've used it to hold my pedals on both carpet and hardwood floors with no problems. Just make sure the floor and pedals are clean before applying tape, adhesive doesn't work if it's full of dirt.

Use a cheap rubber toolbox drawer liner like this one. That way it's not damaging anything and you can pick it up when not in use.

Put some weight it front of it, like a box full of stuff. Or depending on how close you play to a wall, you could put it against the baseboard

Send it to the crusher and get a new one.
